Kings County, NY. On June 25, 1997, a landscaper named David H., age 35, was admitted to St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of NY. He had previously experienced two epileptic seizures and had a constant twitching of his right leg. The hospital staff diagnosed David, but failed to provide a strong enough anti-epileptic drug to control David's symptoms. Ten days later, David lost consciousness, had pulmonary arrest and died.
